A reminder policy is a reusable template that defines when and how to chase a bill. Instead of creating each chase step manually, you define the schedule once and apply it to as many bills as you like.
To create a policy, go to Settings > Reminder Policies and tap "New Policy". Give the policy a name (e.g. "Standard 30-day terms"), then add steps. Each step specifies the number of days relative to the due date (negative means before, positive means after), the channel, and the tone.
For example, a typical policy might include: email 7 days before due (friendly), WhatsApp on the due date (formal), email 3 days after (formal), SMS 7 days after (firm), and a final email 14 days after (firm). Once saved, you can assign this policy to any bill and all steps are scheduled instantly.
