The Xero integration lets JustPayMe import your invoices automatically, so you don't have to create bills manually. Once connected, outstanding invoices from Xero appear as bills in JustPayMe, ready to have chase policies applied.
To connect Xero, go to Settings > Integrations and tap "Connect Xero". You'll be redirected to Xero to authorise the connection. Once connected, the initial sync imports all open invoices. Subsequent syncs run automatically to pick up new invoices and payment updates.
If you mark a bill as paid in JustPayMe and have payment sync enabled, the corresponding invoice in Xero is updated to Paid automatically. This two-way sync keeps your accounting records accurate without double entry.
