Once Xero is connected, you can control several aspects of the sync behaviour from Settings > Integrations.
You can choose which Xero organisation to sync if you have access to multiple. You can also control whether the sync is bidirectional (changes in JustPayMe update Xero) or one-directional (Xero is the source of truth and JustPayMe only reads).
If a bill exists in both systems and the details differ — for example, the amount was updated in Xero — JustPayMe will use the Xero version as the source of truth and update the bill locally. You'll see a sync badge on the bill to indicate it is Xero-managed.
To disconnect Xero, go to Settings > Integrations and tap "Disconnect". Existing bills that were imported from Xero will remain in JustPayMe but will no longer sync.

When Xero sync is enabled, invoices from Xero are imported as bills in JustPayMe. Payment updates can optionally be written back to Xero. Sync runs automatically on a schedule.
