Connecting Google Calendar or Outlook

JustPayMe can sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook so your bill due dates and chase reminders appear alongside your other appointments.

To connect, go to Settings > Integrations and tap "Connect Google Calendar" or "Connect Outlook Calendar". You'll be redirected to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account and grant calendar access. JustPayMe creates a dedicated "JustPayMe" calendar in your provider so your events stay organised.

Once connected, JustPayMe pushes two types of events: all-day events for bill due dates, and timed 15-minute events for scheduled chase reminders. External events from your connected calendar also appear in JustPayMe's calendar view.

Sync runs automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync from the integrations page. If you move a JustPayMe event in your external calendar, the next sync will restore it to the correct date — JustPayMe is the source of truth for its own events.

To disconnect, tap "Disconnect" on the calendar card. Synced events in your external calendar will remain, but future changes won't be synced.

The existing iCal feed remains available as a zero-setup alternative — it doesn't require any sign-in but is read-only (one-way).
