Verifying your email confirms the address is really yours. You can set up your account — add clients, create bills, connect integrations — straight away, but sending reminders is blocked until your email is verified.
When you sign up we email you a "Verify your email" link. Open that email and click Verify email. You'll land on a confirmation page and your account is updated immediately — reminders unlock right away, no need to log out and back in.
If you verified your email but reminders are still showing as blocked, use the "I've verified" button on the banner at the top of your dashboard. This double-checks your verification status live and unblocks your account on the spot.
If you didn't get the email, use the "Resend email" button on the same dashboard banner. Check your spam folder too — the message comes from JustPayMe.
If you click the link and see "This link was already used", don't worry: verification links can only be opened once, and some email providers automatically open links to scan them for safety. That usually means your email is already verified — just log in and use the "I've verified" button to confirm. If reminders are still blocked, use "Resend email" on the dashboard banner to get a fresh link.
