Help/Getting Started/Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard

The dashboard answers one question: what needs your attention today? Everything on the page is priority-first.

The briefing hero at the top tells you how many items need attention — overdue bills plus any pending AI reminder suggestions. If the hero says "Everything looks good today", you can safely close the tab.

Top Chases shows up to three bills that are overdue right now, ordered by how long they've been overdue. Clicking any row takes you straight into the chase flow for that bill, so you can send a reminder in seconds. When no bills are overdue you'll see an empty state — that's a good thing.

Business Vitality (on the right) summarises your cash position: Outstanding, Overdue, and Due this week. While you're still adding your first few bills, we show a Getting Started card here instead — the numbers aren't useful until you have at least five bills in the system.

The Automate CTA takes you to Reminder Policies, where you can set up auto-chasing rules so bills are followed up without any manual work.

Top Chases

The three bills most overdue right now. Click any row to open the chase and send a reminder. If there's nothing here, either every bill is up to date or you haven't added a bill yet.

Business Vitality — getting started

The Outstanding / Overdue / Due-this-week metrics need a handful of bills before they mean anything. We'll switch this card over to full metrics once you've got 5 or more bills in the system.
