Clients in JustPayMe represent the businesses or individuals who owe you money. Each client needs at least a name and one contact channel (email, phone, or WhatsApp number) to receive chase reminders.
Go to Clients in the navigation and tap "Add Client". Enter their name, company (optional), and contact details. You can add multiple channels — for example, both an email address and a WhatsApp number — and JustPayMe will use whichever channel each chase step is configured for.
Once a client is created, you can assign bills to them and track their payment history from their client profile page.
