Setting Up Client Contact Channels

JustPayMe supports three contact channels: email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Each channel can be configured independently per client.

For email, enter the client's invoice contact email address. For SMS and WhatsApp, enter their mobile number in international format (e.g. +447700900000). Some clients use a different WhatsApp number than their regular mobile — you can store both.

When you create a chase step, you choose which channel to use. If you select a channel that the client hasn't been set up with, the chase will fail validation before it is sent. Make sure each client has the relevant channels configured before scheduling chases that use them.
