Help/Chases/Stop reminders for a client via WhatsApp

Stop reminders for a client via WhatsApp

Sometimes a client tells you they'll pay shortly and you'd rather not keep chasing them in the meantime. From WhatsApp or Telegram, just say "Stop chasing Sarah, she's promised to pay" or "Pause reminders for John" — the assistant understands both.

JustPayMe will:

1. Find the client's overdue invoice and count the pending reminders. If they have more than one overdue invoice, you'll be asked which one. 2. Show you what's about to be stopped and ask you to confirm with "yes" or cancel with "no".

On confirm, all pending scheduled reminders for that invoice are cancelled. The bill stays unpaid — this isn't a payment confirmation, just a stop on the chasing.

This is a hard stop, not a soft pause: the scheduled reminders are deleted from the queue. To restart later, just chase the client again from WhatsApp ("chase John for £400") and JustPayMe will schedule a fresh reminder plan from your reminder policy.
