Chases is now the hub for everything related to reminders. Click Chases in the top navigation to jump to bills that need attention, or use the dropdown to reach the two configuration areas.
Recurring manages repeat bills — any bill that comes back on a schedule (monthly retainer, weekly service) so JustPayMe can auto-create the chase each cycle.
Reminder Policies are the rules that decide when chases fire: how many days before or after the due date, which channel to use, which tone of voice. Assign a policy to a bill and the chase steps are generated automatically; change the policy and bills that use it are updated too.
Reminder Policies used to live under Settings. They now live here under Chases, where they belong. The old URL still works — it redirects automatically.
