Jobs are appointments you book with a client, a site visit, a consultation, a delivery. You can schedule them from the dashboard at Jobs, or from WhatsApp by sending messages like 'book 3pm Thursday with Alice at 42 Baker Street'.
Each job can optionally link to a client (so you see the job on the client's profile), include a location (we add a tappable Google Maps link to reminders), and have notes for anything you want to remember on the day.
By default you receive two reminders, one the day before and one an hour before, on your preferred channel. Override the reminder channel under Settings > Messaging. You can also disable reminders per-job when creating or editing.
Jobs you schedule appear on the same calendar as bills and chases, and sync out to any Google or Outlook calendar you've connected.

Booking conflict
This job overlaps with another job or an event already on your calendar. You can pick a different time, or book anyway if you really want to double up (some sole traders legitimately block the same slot for two short visits).
