By default, JustPayMe sends you two reminders for every scheduled job: one the day before and one an hour before. Both are delivered via your preferred reminder channel.
Channel priority: 1. If you've set a preferred reminder channel (Settings > Messaging > Job reminder channel), reminders go there 2. Otherwise, JustPayMe falls back in order: WhatsApp > Telegram > SMS > Email, whichever you have connected
Reminder content includes the job title, time, client name (if linked), and location with a tappable Google Maps link (if set).
Per-job overrides: When creating or editing a job on the dashboard, you can set custom reminder offsets (e.g. 30 minutes and 2 hours instead of the defaults) or disable reminders entirely for that specific job.
Cancelled or completed jobs: If you cancel or complete a job before a reminder fires, the pending reminder is automatically removed, you won't get a stale notification.
If a reminder was already scheduled but the job gets deleted from your external calendar (Google/Outlook), JustPayMe cancels both the job and its reminders during the next sync.
