When you try to book a job that overlaps with an existing job or an event pulled in from your Google calendar, JustPayMe shows you the conflicting item and asks whether to book anyway.
You can go back and pick a different time, or confirm the double-booking, sole traders sometimes legitimately block the same slot for two quick visits at the same location. When you override, the job saves normally and reminders are scheduled as usual.
Conflict detection uses your scheduled jobs plus events your external calendar is syncing inbound to JustPayMe. Cancelled and completed jobs are ignored.
**Toggling the check off**, both the conflict check and the working-hours check are gated by the *Check my availability when booking jobs* master toggle in **Settings → Calendar → Working Hours**. Turning it off skips both checks for every booking, no questions asked. Useful for irregular schedules, but you lose the safety net.
Booking conflict
This job overlaps with another job or an event already on your calendar. You can pick a different time, or book anyway if you really want to double up (some sole traders legitimately block the same slot for two short visits).
