Natural-language booking (new): JustPayMe parses your booking message with AI, you don't need to stick to a rigid format. All of these work: - 'book 3pm Thursday with Alice' - 'book Filipe 3pm Thursday', partial name, no 'with' - 'book coffee with Alice tomorrow 10am to discuss Q2', the assistant picks up 'Q2 discussion' as the title - 'pencil in Bob for Friday 2pm'
The assistant: - Picks the client from your list even when you use a partial name ('Filipe' matches 'Filipe Marques Rodriguez') - Infers a descriptive title from what you said (no more events called just 'Booking') - Writes a one-line description for the calendar event body - Infers duration from context (coffee = 30 min, consultation = 60 min) within sensible bounds
If your phrasing is ambiguous, two clients with the same first name, a missing time, the assistant replies with a clarifying question instead of making a guess.
Examples: - 'book tomorrow 10am at 42 Baker Street with Alice', includes a location (reminders will have a tappable Google Maps link) - 'book 3pm Thursday', books without linking to a client - 'book meeting with Alice' (no time), the assistant asks 'What time should I book it for?'
Conflicts: - If your booking overlaps with another job or an event from your synced calendar, JustPayMe will tell you what's clashing - Reply 'confirm' to book anyway, or pick a different time
Cancelling: - 'cancel last', cancels the most recent job you booked in this chat - 'cancel Thursday' or 'cancel gutters', finds a matching upcoming job by day or title and cancels it - If multiple jobs match, JustPayMe lists them so you can be more specific
Checking your schedule: - 'today's schedule' or 'what's on my calendar today', shows bills, chases, jobs, and synced calendar events all in one view
When the AI is unavailable, JustPayMe falls back to a stricter parser that requires the keyword 'with' in front of client names (e.g. 'book 3pm Thursday with Alice'). Booking always works, you may just need to be slightly more literal.
Jobs
Schedule appointments with your clients — site visits, consultations, deliveries. Jobs link to clients, sync out to connected calendars, and show up alongside bills and chases.
Natural-language booking
JustPayMe parses your booking message with AI, so you can phrase it however feels natural — 'book Filipe 3pm Thursday', 'schedule coffee with Alice tomorrow 10am to discuss Q2', or 'pencil in Bob for Friday 2pm'. The assistant picks the client from your list, infers a sensible title, and asks if anything is unclear.
