Payment methods are the bank account details or payment links included at the bottom of every chase reminder. Without a payment method, your clients receive reminders but may not know how to actually send you money.
Go to Settings > Payment Methods to add your bank account (sort code and account number), a Wise or PayPal link, or any other payment instructions. You can add multiple methods and set a default.
When creating a bill, you can override the default payment method with a specific one — useful if a particular client prefers to pay via a different method. The payment details are rendered in the chase message body automatically.
