Help/Account/Subscription, card, and invoices

Subscription, card, and invoices

Subscription and billing now live together at **Settings → Subscription** (the old **Settings → Billing** page redirects here). Everything money-related happens inside the secure Stripe Customer Portal, JustPayMe never sees or stores your card details.

**The page shows**:

- **Plan tier badge**,*Free*, *Pro*, or *Unlimited*, your renewal date if you're on Pro, and whether your subscription is set to cancel at period end. - **Upgrade** button (Free only), takes you to Stripe Checkout. After payment you bounce back and your plan flips to Pro within a few seconds. - **Billing section** (Pro only), a single *Open Stripe portal* button. Inside the portal you can: - Update or replace your payment card - Download past invoices as PDFs - Change or cancel your subscription - Update your billing email and address

**About the Unlimited tier**: Unlimited is granted manually by the JustPayMe team (e.g. partners, comped accounts). It includes everything in Pro plus every add-on (GoCardless, installment plans, job scheduling) and removes numeric limits on bills, reminders, and clients. Unlimited accounts are not self-serve — there's no Stripe checkout for it, and the Billing section is hidden because there's nothing to manage. To request Unlimited, contact support.

**Why no Billing tab anymore?** Billing was a thin wrapper around the Stripe portal, there was nothing to manage on our side. Folding it into Subscription means one tab, fewer clicks. Free users don't see a Billing section at all (there's nothing to manage), so the page stays focused on the upgrade path.

When you're done in the Stripe portal, click the back arrow in your browser to return to JustPayMe, any changes you made are reflected within a few seconds via Stripe's webhook.
