JustPayMe sends notifications for several types of events. You can control each type independently.
Payment received alerts tell you when a bill has been marked as paid. Client reply alerts notify you when a client responds to a WhatsApp or email reminder. Weekly cash snapshot is sent every Monday morning with your receivables summary. System alerts cover things like failed reminder deliveries or Xero sync errors.
To configure messaging channels, go to **Settings → Messaging**, pick the channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email) you want JustPayMe to reach you on. WhatsApp notifications require a valid mobile number on your profile.
For the weekly cash snapshot specifically, **Settings → Weekly Snapshot** turns it on or off and controls timing.
If you are receiving too many notifications, start by turning off the weekly cash snapshot and client reply alerts for clients who communicate frequently.
