How to download a copy of your data

Under GDPR Article 15 (right of access) and Article 20 (right to data portability), you can request a complete export of your personal data at any time.

**What is included**

Your export is a ZIP file containing one CSV file per data category:

• **Account**, your name, email, phone, company, address, and subscription details • **Bills**, all bill records including amounts, due dates, and statuses • **Clients**, all client contact records • **Chases**, all chase records with scheduled dates, channels, and statuses • **Integrations**, which integrations you have connected (no credentials) • **Jobs**, all job and calendar event records • **Activity**, login timestamps

All monetary values are in major currency units (e.g. £10.50), and dates are in ISO 8601 format.

**How to request an export**

1. Go to **Settings → Privacy & Data**. 2. Click **Request a copy of your data**. 3. You will receive an email with a secure download link within a few minutes.

**Download link expiry**

Download links are valid for 7 days. After that, the link and the file are permanently deleted. If you need the data again, you can submit a new request.

**Rate limit**

You can request one export per 24 hours. If you have already made a request today, the button will show a countdown until you can request again.

**Previous requests**

The Privacy & Data page shows all your past requests with their status (queued, processing, ready, expired). Ready requests show a Download button directly on the page as well as in the email.
