Personal and business details both live at **Settings → Personal Details**.
**Personal Details**, first/last name, email, phone (with country code), and password reset for email/password accounts. The phone number is what WhatsApp and SMS notifications go to.
**Business Details**, Company Name, Company Address (multi-line), and Company Phone. These appear on outgoing reminders, invoice headers, and anywhere clients see who they're paying.
**'Same as personal details' shortcut**, sole traders often *are* their business. Tick the checkbox and we copy your full name into Company Name and your phone into Company Phone, then lock those fields. The address has no personal counterpart, so it stays editable. The flag is saved server-side, so changes you later make to your personal name/phone keep your business details in sync without you having to remember.
